When you host your own OpenClaw backend server, your data—including your configurations, files, chat histories, and interactions—remains entirely on your hardware. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, the data stored on your private server instances.

When you use the G-Claw website, download the iOS application, or contact us through our website properties, we may collect the following information:

• Usage Data: Basic telemetry related to app crashes or performance, which you explicitly opt-in to share via Apple's standard analytics.

4. Vault Security

Credentials stored in the "Vault" are encrypted on-device. They are protected by your device's biometric security (Face ID or Touch ID). We do not transmit or store these credentials on any centralized cloud infrastructure.
