By accessing the G-Claw application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Responsibilities

G-Claw allows you to connect to and manage your own backend server. You are solely responsible for:

• The legal operation and maintenance of the remote servers you connect to.
• The security of your device, Vault, and the biometric authentication used to protect it.
• Any scripts, AI personas, or commands executed through the application.

3. No Warranty

The G-Claw software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold G-Claw harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the application to execute destructive or unlawful commands on any infrastructure.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of changes by updating the date on this page.
